Standard Reports
Standard reports are found on the Reports page in DataNinja, and are organized by general category. Each report contains foundational information from across your DataNinja instance, and can be modified upon request. Note that customization of standard reports may be billed at DataNinja's hourly rate.
Contextual Reports
Contextual reports are typically found within the Receiving, Manufacturing, and Shipping pages of DataNinja. Contextual reports pull data based on the page they are run from (e.g. a specific manufacturing record), while standard reports search through the whole of DataNinja based on specific criteria. Contextual reports can also be customized, and changes are billed at DataNinja's hourly rate.

Custom Reports
Default DataNinja reports may not have all of the information you're looking for- if you need a custom-built report, download and fill out this file and send it to the DataNinja team via chat. Be as specific as possible with the information, and include screenshots (if applicable) so the team can get started on your report as soon as possible.
Custom report creation will be billed at DataNinja's current hourly rate. If you would like an estimate of how long it will take to create your custom report, please complete the file above and send it to our Implementation team and request an estimate and the current hourly rate. Most custom reports can be completed in less than 5 hours.
