Hub Setup

Meet Your DataNinja Hub

The Hub is the command center that connects equipment like scales and label printers directly to your production records.

Step 1: Connect to Power

Plug in the power cable on the side of the Hub. On the back of the Hub, you should see a red light indicating the Hub is powered. On all Hubs sold/provided after 2023, the light will be green instead of red.

Step 2: Connect to Internet

Plug in an internet-enabled ethernet cable to the ethernet jack on the front of the Hub.

Make sure your hub is connected to the same network as your printers and scales.
