Types of Electronic Signature Approvals

Your DataNinja username and password are the bi-factor credentials required to make an electronic signature. The following are the most common places to use your electronic signature in a Quality Control approval.

Incoming Inspection Electronic Signature Approval

After an electronic material inspection is completed click approve and esign to update batch quality status to released.

Production Electronic Signature Approval

A user signs for the Quality Control approval step with access to the Document Control team role.

Correction Electronic Signature Approval

Authorized users can initiate a correction approval to make edits to the electronic quality record.
