Shopify + DataNinja + QuickBooks

Connecting Shopify and DataNinja

1. Company Settings
While logged into your DataNinja account. click on the gear icon at the top right of any screen.

Click Company Settings under Settings in the gear menu. Find and Click on Ecommerce

2. Connect
Tap "Connect to Shopify" and follow the prompts.

3. QuickBooks Settings

Configure how DataNinja should post to QuickBooks when an order imported from Shopify is fulfilled.

Recommended Settings

Sales Receipt is usually best since money was collected at the point of order. Specifying a generic "Shopify" customer keeps your QuickBooks Customer list clean. If you use Divisions in QBO, you can specify the division entry for each sales object.
